On-Site Leadership:
There are many people who work together for a successful project. Below are just a few:
TJ Click is the Project Manager and he works closely with Ivan Crago who serves as the Construction Lead. We have several men and women who are skilled in particular areas who serve as crew leaders. We also have professional electricians, plumbers, roofers, and carpenters, who volunteer their expertise each summer.
We cannot forget the members of our Emergency Medical Team who are always ready to assist with a cut, scrape, or any medical emergency.
The Cookie Tent, or break tent, is a favorite place to relax and take a break from the work and heat. Having plenty of water, sports drinks, and snacks on hand is critical to a successful job.
Have we mentioned the Kitchen Crew? We have a group of women and men who prepare noon and dinner meals each day during the main work week. This is a monumental job! We may have over 300 people eating at any single meal.
