Once the master planning document has identified the major areas in relation to each other in the building, a design is developed that begins to define the building.

We work closely with your building committee to develop a plan that meets your individual program needs and your budget.

Final design documents are prepared and we will assist you in bidding the project for construction, or we can provide construction services as well.
